Wiki CMV coding

Hello All,

I am currently working as a pathology coder, and am wondering if anyone can help me with a question. When an immunostain comes back Positive for Cytomegalovirus, do you code it as having cmv disease, or is there a code for having a positive stain result...cannot find one, but just wondering.
