I am not a biller and have never really learned much about billing. I have a question about Medicare fees. I have the locality codes and have learned a little about those. When a patient goes to a facility in state A, the rendering provider, but the billing comes from state B, which locality do you choose? I didn't know if the fees went by the rendering or billing.
