The doctor removed the Trapezium, and then he removed part of the Trapezoid.
so I know I would use 25447 for the Trapezium. Can I also do 25210-59 for the
Trapezoid ? I am asking because he only removed "part" of the bone and not the
whole Trapezoid. He states:
" Using the same oscillating saw, about half the proximal aspect of the Trapezoid was removed, opening up the ST joint. "
I know I can use 25210-59 if he remove the whole Trapezoid, I am just not sure if I can
with the partial removal.
