Hi,

The following procedures were performed by one of our surgeons, a few months after the creation of an Eloesser flap:

- extension of thoracotomy with removal of ribs.
- muscle flap closure of bronchopleural fistula.
- muscle flap closure of chronic pleural space.
- closure of Eloesser flap.

Please do you know what code(s) would be the most appropriate?
32906? 32810? 15734? Other(s)?
