Wiki Closure for Testopel Implantation

Is anyone billing for a simple closure after implanting Testopel Pellets? My physician says other in the area are billing and being paid. The literature I have from the rep does not indicate one way or the other...

We do not bill for the closure, do you have editing software? Have you tried to run a bundling edit to see if the two codes would bundle?

Also called the rep and got the same answer you did, however, in looking at NCCI I see that the closure is bundled into insertion. Don't really think these could be unbundled since same site, incision, etc.
