How are others reporting Clindamycin phosphate injections? We used HCPCS code S0077 and we were rejected as not being a valid code when in fact it is a valid code. Any other ideas? Thanks.

Are all payors rejecting this? We use it and have had no issues.

I'm not sure if it was a payer reject or just a reject in our system.
