Wiki Cleft Rhino w/osteotomies & V-Y Plasty

Need some help with modifiers.

Cleft Rhino with Koken placement and auricular cartilage graft. Also did a V-Y plasty on lip with filler injection to lip.

14060-59 V-Y Plasty
11951-51 Filler Injection

Does this look right? I'm fairly new at this....
