Wiki Clavicle shaft fracture nonunion

I am wondering when a pt comes in with a nonunion from a fracture 12 years ago, and the dr dictates: right clavicle shaft fracture nonunion which is basically a fibrous union with severe shortening of approximately 2 cm. Would I code just the nonunion, or both fracture and 733.82?

Try V15.52 history of FX with 733.82 nonunion. Unless I am wrong, the patient does not have a current fracture, just a poorly healed previous fracture.
