Wiki Claim Errors

My Dr. is coding: 22554, 22585, 22585, 20930-59 & 22551-59.

Getting claim edits: on all but 1 22585. I no that this code should only be billed once & I can bill 22554, 22585. Should I just use modifier 51 for 22551 or 59?
