We are getting denials from Blue Adv CHIP on CPT code 88361 billed with dx code 233.0 they are paying the 88305 done at same time, we bill global...Insurance edit states that dx code 233.0 is not in reference range for this cpt ...can anyone help me with this as it was always paid before with no problem.
