Hello,
Diagnosis: Chronic Ulnar Styloid Fractue with Nonunion and a TFCC Tear both of the right wrist.
How would I code this, would I code the actual Fracture 813.43 or code the Nonunion 733.82 with a fracture care code and then code the TFCC Tear with a straight E/M code
It appears that both of these occured at the same time.
