Impression Reads: Chronic Lung Disease
Would I code this J984 for other
or J449 COPD.

Im leaning towards J98.4 because it does NOT state Obstructive.

Thoughts??

I agree with J98.4 as it seems to fit if documentation doesn't note Obstructive

however if you're able to connect with the provider perhaps a query could be sent to her/him to re-review the documentation?
