Hello Everyone,

I am reaching out to see if anyone bills for CCM services. (Specifically 99487, 99489, 99490.) If so, is reimbursement received by most carriers? :confused: Our practice is a pediatric clinic and our nurses and providers spend a lot of time on non face-to-face time managing care for chronically ill patients.

Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.
