My provider did a 47600 with a 44005 and a 49587. I have pulled the NCCI edits and am a little confused on what i can and can not bill. The insurance paid the 47600 and said the other procedures were inclusive but when reviewing the edits the code for the hernia repair is not listed as one that is included in the open procedure. Can someone help guide me best on what to do we also put a modifier 21 on the 47600 and 51 modifier on the other procedures.
