Wiki Chief Complaint - If the CC is documented

If the CC is documented as a NP visit, and the HPI says history of cataract surgery and history of 2 strokes, but says is here for wellness check up can a wellness exam be coded?

I thought the CC had to say Wellness Visit, so any advice would be helpful.
