looking for suggestions of coding a laparoscopic repair of perforated ulcer with peroneal lavage. Does not appear to be code for this proc other than open. I work for an anesthesia group. Should I used the unlisted proc code? The problem with using this is it will not link to a crosswalk code which is what most of our payors look for. Any suggestions? Thank you!
