Have question on administration billing for chemotherapy. Need to know how this would be coded:
Patient received:
Leucovorin 12:36 -14:38
Irinotecan 12:36- 14:45
5FU 14:51-14:56 (pump) 46 hours
Atropine 1133 - 1212
Aloxi/Decadron 12:00-12:10
dextrose 5 % infusion 11:50-12:00
heparin lock flush injection DOSE: 500 Units 11:33 - 19:25
sodium chloride 0.9 % syringe 1133 - 1925
