What is the appropriate time frame for f/u of Chemo treatment? After the patient has finished treatment my physicians f/u with them to make sure they aren't having any late effects but how long should they be coding it as a Chemo f/u?

V66.2, convalescence following chemotherapy can be used as primary followed by the cancer code

chemo f/u is coded as V67.2 for follow up following chemo. There is no time limit for the use of this code.
