Wiki Charge for Flu shots? new vs. est. patient

Does anyone charge differently between a new patient flu shot and an established patient flu shot just to offset the administrative cost? What are your thoughts about this?

No. Your fee schedule should be uniform, no matter the payer.

Linda thanks for your reply. I agree with you. I had a conversation about this and I did not agree with their point-of-view. Sometimes I can be in the minority so I wanted to get someone else’s thoughts. Thanks again!
