Wiki Cervical Conization and Robotic Assisted Hysterectomy

Can a cold knife conization and robotic assisted hysterectomy be billed together? I checked CCI edits and the 2 procedures are not bundled. Frozen section of the conization returned with positive margins and then robotic assisted hysterectomy was performed (which included removal of cervix).
