We just added a midwife to our group. How do we bill the global package when the midwife delivers. I would appreciate any guidance since the payers website just state bill as one in a group practice.
 
Bill her as rendering, her NPI will be rendering on the claim but you have to use a Physician as the PCP/referring provider so his NPI will be the one they process the claim on .
