Hello all,
Would 27244 treatment of intertrochanteric, peritrochanteric or subtrochanteric femoral fracture;with plate/screw type implant, with or without cerclage be appropriate IF only the cerclage wires were used? No plates or screws. If so, can I just reduce it with the -52 modifier?
