I am auditing a record where the patient presented to ED and was subsequently sent to observation. The 0762 revenue code OBS was charged as well as the 0450 ER. Good so far.

There is an IVPush charge 96375 mapped to the 0761 revenue code (treatment/obs room) in the CDM.This made no sense to me, and I usually find these mapped to something like 0260 or even 0450 if done in ED. Can anyone shed some insight??? I can't imagine this would pay separately.
