To whom it may concern,

I am looking for a remote medical coding position. I have earned both my Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) through AHIMA and my Certified Professional Coder (CPC-A) certification through AAPC after completing a medical coding course with Andrews School of Medical Coding, where I obtained a total of 310 contact hours in medical coding sections and clinical practice simulation exercises similar to what would be experienced in a variety of healthcare settings.

I am currently working as a Coding Specialist at my local clinic, but I would really like to obtain a remote medical coder position that will allow me to put the knowledge I have gained through three years of medical coding studies and practical medical coding exercises into real world practice. I am interested in this field because it is ever-changing and evolving, which will enable me to continue to grow and further my education. I am willing to take on new challenges, am able to adapt to new processes quickly and do not give up when things get tough. My analytical skills, combined with my tenacity for finding solutions to problems, and my uncanny ability to laser-focus on a task until it is completed are all valuable abilities that I can contribute to this position.
