thats a pretty generic question but I use the 715.XX's 95% of the time

when it simply says "arthritis" - I'm in the 716.xx codes, area specific - 716.96 or 716.86.
but if they're more specific and state "OSTEOarthritis" - I'm looking in the 715.xx area.
