Wiki Cataract Surgery with ICL Removal

My doctor removed an ICL (Implantable Contact Lens) during cataract surgery. Would it be appropriate to bill 66984 and 65920 (removal of implanted material, anterior segment)?

It doesn't look like anyone replied and I'm wondering the same question. Did you figure this out?

According to NCCI Policy manual, CPT codes for removal of lens or cataract extraction (66830 - 66984) should not be reported separately.
