Wiki Casting Supplies

Our doctor had to take casting supplies to the outpatient surgical center where he did a closed reduction on a patient who preferred casting vs splinting. The surgical center does not stock casting supplies since our doctor is the only physician there who uses these materials. Can we bill for the supplies even though they were not applied in our office setting? If so would we use the office as POS for the supplies or the surgery center? Thanks. dl1957
