We have run into services that are not covered by Medicare either because the patient has used all their allowed services for the year or it is just a non covered service. The question is can we bill the Medicare patients a different cash price than the Commercial Payer patients or do they all have to have the same price? I believe we can only bill the Medicare patients 15% more than the allowed price would have been. I don't believe the commercial payers follow that same rule. Can I please get some verification on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sue
