I am looking for some assistance in coding Casemanagement in addiction/mental health outpatient facility billing. We currently use 99442 for telephone calls outside of the daily treatment. What are other codes available if there is discussion between therapists for a particular patient, and other forms of communication such as staffing? Please help asap.
