A patient has an injection into the right hand for carpul tunnel and for cuptial tunnel. Both diagnosis are being used. Do i bill just 20526 for both injections or 20526-RT and 20605-RT ?

If the patient received 2 separate injections you should charge 20526-RT with dx 354.0 for carpal tunnel and 20605-59 RT with dx 354.2 for cubital tunnel. The modifiers may vary depending on the ins carrier, but hopefully they have no restrictions regarding the 59 modifier and it should get paid.
