We have an outside tech providing the following services in house:
93306
93880
93925

The results are then sent & read by a cardiologist outside and sends the interpretation data back to us so that we can inform the patient. The cardiologist invoices us for the interpretation and tech services.

I want to make sure we are compliant in billing out these services especially the professional component. If we did look at it from a contractor standpoint, we then will take liability for the interpretation I think?

Are any other facilities doing this as well?

You are allowed to bill those services to any insurance as long as the cardiologist is not billing them to any insurance.

If those services are made at the patient's house remember to put 12 as POS on your claims and never bill transportation unless the patient is not able to leave his house and you had to provide the transportation as a service.
