Okay, our docs just performed a Right carotid artery aneurysm resection w/ interposition graft (synthetic graft) by neck incision. What CPT code(s) am I using for this? Normally, I'm used to coding for a carotid artery thromboendarterectomy. Is this similar/the same, or something different?
