Wiki Care Management - Care Plan Oversight

Pretty new to the orthopedics and I was wondering if anyone had any information on Care Management or had a good reference they could share for billing them.
Also, I was just made aware that there was going to be new regulations for Care Management effective 4/1/2011. Has anyone heard or know about information regarding what the new regulations are?
