Confused on whether I can use both of these codes for this surgery [29806, 29807]
Procedure: Arthroscopy, posterior capsular plication
anterior capsular repair
Brief notes from op report:
Posterior portal made, scope introduced in glenohumeral joint
Anterior portal made high in rotator cuff interval, cannula placed
Large Hill-Sachs Lesion
No tear or SLAP lesion
2nd anterior-inferior portal made
Plicated with two #1 PDS sutures with use of Suture Lasso.
Scope then placed posterior and anterior capsult addressed
Elevator used to free capsule, then repair with 3 3mm bioabsorbable suture anchors
Inferior anchor placed first
Capsule repaired with Lassos
Capsule brought superiorly as well as medially
