Wiki Can't access my CPC Training Manual

I just started the 2025 Physician Coding for CPC Preparation (T-Z) course, and it won't let me access the included Textbook "2025 Medical Coding Training: CPC Textbook and Practical Application Combo - eBook; AAPC; AAPC publisher". It's the first thing you do for each chapter/session. I emailed the instructors, but it says it could take 7-10 days for a response, and I can't wait that long. Please, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions??

Glad to hear I'm not the only one! Maybe it's a bug that they are working on fixing and will hopefully be fixed by tomorrow. If not, I'm calling the help line as soon as they open up.

Okay....glad I came here and saw this! I was wondering what was going on ...I'm wondering if there will be instructions included in the physical books mailed. Shipping says mine will be here tomorrow.

Ok, I've figured it out! When you enrolled, they should have sent you an email than is titled "Access Your AAPC eBook Now". you download Vitalsource on computer or device and use the codes in email to download the books. hope this helps!
