Can anyone provide/guide me for a code for "HPV-positive squamous cell carcinoma of the right base of tongue"?

HPV squamous cell CA

This would have to be assigned to the code for squamous cell carcinoma of base of tongue 141.0 followed by the code for HPV 079.4, which is used to identify HPV as the viral agent in diseases classified elsewhere. There is no one code that ties the CA and the virus together.
