Hi Everyone!
Our question is...for non-medicare patients can you charge for a nurse applied strapping/splinting/unna boot in the physician office setting??
Can you bill it to (I know it's a Medicare term) "incident to" billing? It says in the Procedures Coders' Desk Reference "physcian".
