I have a provider who wants to bill for 2 Consultations for the same inpatient stay due to being consulted for different problems. Is this allowed?

Was there a second request to consult, or did the provider simply go back and round on the patient? If the problems were separate, and a request was issued for both, you can bill two consultations for those conditions.
