Your FNP will have a scope of practice that he or she will be following and you can bill for any services provided to the patients that he or she evaluates and treats. Other than the scope of practice of your provider, there aren’t any restrictions on what patients can be seen or what services provided, unless so specified in one of your payer contracts.
