1. Chondral defect, medial femoral condyle, left knee
2. Chondral defect at the patellofemoral joint, left knee
3. Torn anterior horn medial meniscus, left knee with arthritic changes and chondral defect, medial femoral condyle and patellofemoral joint.

Operation:
1. Arthroscopic chondroplasty of medial femoral condyle and patellofemoral joint (2nd compartment)
2. Arthroscopic partial excision of anterior horn, medial meniscus with chondroplasty of medial femoral condyle (same compartment)
3. Chondroplasty of patella for chondral defect (2nd compartment)
