Wiki Can someone explain condition codes 01-05 for me like I'm a baby?

I have been working in Medical Coding and Billing for near a decade and I still struggle with the differences between these condition codes.
What are some real world applications for these codes (i.e., what scenarios would you see these being utilized in?)
