Can new codes formerly considered experimental be billed now? (ie 69705?)
 
69705 is a new code for 2021 so can't be billed for a date of service prior to 1/1/21. Whether or not it is considered experimental or not is a matter of payer policy and shouldn't have anything to do with whether or not it can be billed though.
