Hi,
I work for denial management, we see a pt who came in our office for routine gyn examination and the claim was billed with 99386-V72.31.Now Medicare denied as non-covered charges”.
So please guide me how I need to refill the claim?
Can I go with G0402 with V72.31 or G0402 with V70.0 & frequently i am getting denials with these reasons in different ways. please share your words on this.
