Wiki Can ASCs bill for pathology

I am currently billing for an ASC.....the owner is thinking about signing an agreement with the pathology department, and have the ASC actually bill the pathology services using the 88xxx codes. It will be billed under the same Tax ID as the ASC. Can we bill for pathology services under the ASC?
