Wiki Calculating Zplasty

I know zplasty falls under the flap codes. We don't perform these very much and the doctor is asking if there is a different way to calculate size for these.

Does anyone have any documentation showing how zplasty sizes are calculated? Thank you.

Scroll down until you find Adjacent Tissue Transfer or Rearrangement. Then look at step 2 for the calculation. Hope this helps.
