Does anyone know how to file a complaint on a customer service agent for Cahaba Medicare??? She was unbelievably rude and absoulutely no help. I requested to speak to her manger. She stated she would put a request inand I would receive a call within 10 days. It is no longer about the claim but is really about her poor service.
