I have a surgery where the patient was having a CABG surgery, and then needed a LAD endarterectomy during the same op session. Dr. A (performed the CABG) and called in Dr. B, and Dr. B performed the LAD endarterectomy by himself, however, that code (33572) is an add-on code. How would you code this situation?
