We are billing for Ortho services in an ASC.. I have several claims that include a C1713 for plates/screws, etc and was wondering what , if any modifier should be attached to this HCPC code. We are including the vendor pricing info in the area indicated by our clearinghouse but our claim keeps rejecting due to the modifier. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks, Sue
