I have been completing reconsiderations through C-snap and fax in my documentation. (I always put the reconsideration first on the fax) I have not had a problem untill recently. I am receiving denials on my appeals stating the information was not received in the 7 days and it is closed programmatically. But i have a fax confirmation that I faxed them the information. Is anyone else having any issues with this? Thank you!
