Wiki C-Section

One of my providers began a c section on his patient, as he delivered the fetal head, he was called to attend to another patient. One of my other providers stepped in and delivered the rest of the fetus, closed the uterus, fascia, and skin. Should I report 59514-80 even though the primary provider left the room?
